Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-7 days. For details, please see individual items.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • Shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on the item you ordered. Again, for details, please see individual items.
  • I ship everything using USPS, which means shipping times will depend on USPS operating at full capacity.
  • Kylie Lyn Designs will do our best to meet our shipping estimates, but since we are a small business, we cannot always guarantee them.
  • Delivery times will depend on which shipping method you choose at checkout.
  • Items marked "delivered" by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.


Shipping Address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer due to an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.


Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to COVID-19 and wanting to maintain the cleanliness of our items, we will not be accepting ant returns or exchanges of any kind.
  • If your item comes to you damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at and we will assess the issue and make it right. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a picture of the item you received.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • We accept cancellations, but only if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing from us. After the 24 hour timeframe passes, we will not accept cancellations of any kind and your order will be shipped to you.
  • If you choose to cancel your order, we will notify you once we've received your cancellation request and let you know if your refund was approved or not. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
